The Muirlands Village Unit No.1 Architectural Jury aims to ensure fair and balanced adherence to the CC&R’s while supporting and preserving our beautiful community and properties.

Muirlands Village Unit No.1 is a non-common interest development located in La Jolla, California, and governed by the Declaration of Conditions and Restrictions (“CC&Rs”) dated May 12, 1954 and recorded at the San Diego Recorder’s Office (Document No. 63908; Book 52339, Page 72).

The Muirlands Village Unit No.1 Architectural Jury, duly appointed by a majority of owners of Muirlands Unit No.1, has adopted rules and regulations by unanimous votes of its members. The Architectural Jury is vested with the power to review and approve all improvements to all lots which are governed by the CC&R’s. The Architectural Jury’s approval or disapproval shall be based solely on the considerations set forth in the CC&R’s. The Architectural Jury and/or any Owner have the right to the enforcement of the CC&R’s.
